Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and tagged.
3. To return, email rqom8675@outlook.com with your order number.
4. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
5. Original shipping fees of 4.5€ are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges are allowed for size or color if stock is available.
7. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Customer-damaged items are ineligible for return.
9. All returns are inspected upon receipt.
10. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
11. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
12. Defective items qualify for free returns and refunds.
13. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
14. Late returns beyond 14 days will be rejected.
15. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
16. Use a tracked service for all returns.
17. We reserve the right to refuse invalid returns.
18. Exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days.
19. Orders over 80€ may have shipping deducted on partial returns.
